Shearing Machine
It is designed and developed for accurate BURR-FREE cutting of thin or thick sheet in minimum strength. The designing of the adjustable chute and cap feeder device is so easy to change from one machine to another. Wearing parts such as the blade and perforating cutters can be quickly replaced without the need to disassemble the entire unit. Our shearing machines can cut 800 sheets for five cavity power press machine and 600 sheets for three cavity power press machine in an eight-hour operation.
Knurling Machine
This machine has the function of auto-feeding, auto-sorting and auto-testing of R.O.P.P Caps. Its operation is reliable and easy to use It also reduces the labour intensity because one operator can simultaneously use several of such machines with a low rejection rate.
Our four spindle knurling machine can produce between 80,000 and 90,000 Caps in an eight-hour operation. Similarly. the single spindle knurling machine can produce up to 35,000 caps in an eight-hour operation.
Power Press Machine
These machines are designed for high-speed production of R.O.P.P Caps by feeding aluminum sheets into the machines by a feeding device. Built to high quality standards, these machines are subject to stringent performance testing, using advanced testing devices to ensure high performance, increased productivity and reliability. The wearing parts such as processing and perforating cutters can be quickly replaced without the need to disassemble the entire unit. The machines chuck is controlled by a gear and has a system for simple alignment of pressing tool. Our five cavity die-set power press machine can produce up to 250,000 caps in an eight-hour operation and also the three cavity die-set power press machine can produce up to 135,000 caps in an eight-hour operation.
Auto Wadding Machine
This machine also feeds, auto-tests and also removes dusts from the R.O.P.P Caps during the process produces. Our double–head wadding machine can prouce 175,1100 Caps in an eight-hour operation, while the single head wadding machine can produce a capacity of 100, 000 to 130.000 caps in an eight-hour operation.
Auto Embossing Machine
This machine has the function auto-feeding, auto-sorting and auto-testing when squeezing the R.O.P.P Caps. The machine is very reliable and easy to Use. It also highly reduces the labour intensity required during the manufacturing process.
- Top-Embossing: Our top embossing machines can produce 80,000 to 100,000 caps in an eight-hour operation.

- Side-Embossing (Single Head): Our side-embossing machines can produce 30,000 to 40,000 caps in an operation of eight hours.
- Side-Shaving (Single Head): Our side-shaving machines can produce 30,000 to 40,000 caps in an operation of eight hours.
- Side-Embossing Machine (Double Head): Our side-embossing machines can produce 80,000 to 100,000 caps in an eight-hour operation.
